Where we ship

We'll ship to any address you enter at checkout, anywhere in the world, at a single flat rate -- we don't currently offer region-specific rates, delivery-time estimates, or customs handling. The same cost and general expectations below apply no matter which country you're ordering from.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat £5.00 per order, and free on orders of £100 or more, calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total -- the same rate applies regardless of destination, including outside the UK.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes on delivery. These are set by your country's customs authority, are outside our control, and are your responsibility to pay -- they are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we can't estimate them for you in advance.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment. Delivery times vary by destination and courier, and are not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
